Developing a Consolidated Training Plan (CTP).
Working in close collaboration with the Implementing Agencies of the Project (TAF, AC, NCDD-S), the component will develop a capacity building and training plan to provide learning opportunities and awareness building on a range of selected topics. It is proposed that the project fund 3 streams of learning activities in conjunction with the 3 IAs (AC, OWSO, and TAF) with the technical skills to support PCO to deliver services through a month-by-month training program until the project closes. The training and workshop budget will be accessed through a "Consolidate Training Plan" which sets out the program of training, the providers of the "training services", the timeline and the budgets per package.
