The training on Gender and Social Accountability has been orgnized on February 20-22, 2012 in Phnom Penh. Participants from Government institutions and Civil Society Organizations attended.

• The objective of the training are: i) to increase an understanding of both gender and social accountability, can link the two concepts and can describe some of the key measures necessary for promoting gender equality in social accountability programmes ii) to have a clear understanding of gender mainstreaming in social accountability programmes and a variety of social accountability tools and practices.

 The “ Fundamental of Social Accountability ” Training Course has been organized by the Demand For Good Governance Project, Ministry of Interior from November 30 to December 02, 2011 in Phnom Penh. The participants of training are a Governors and Council of District and Krong at sub-national level, Civil Society Organizations, and they come  from  11 provinces and cities namely Kandal, Takeo, Svay Rieng, Kompot, Kep, Phreah Sihanouk, Koh Kong, Kompong Speu, Kompong Chhnang, Prey Veng and Phnom Penh.

The main objective of training course are:

• to enhance understanding on a “ Fundamental of Social Accountability ”
• to strengthen collaboration and cooperation among and between state and non-state institutions
• to improve the quality of public service delivery in targeted One Window Service Office

The “ Fundamental of Social Accountability ” Training Course has been organized by the Demand For Good Governance Project, Ministry of Interior from  December 07 -09, 2011 in Kratie province. The participants of training are a Governors and Council of District and Krong at sub-national level, Civil Society Organizations, and come  from  5 provinces and cities namely Kratie, Stung Treng , Rattanakiri, Mondulkiri and Kompong Cham province.  

The “ Fundamental of Social Accountability ” Training Course has been organized by the Demand For Good Governance Project, Ministry of Interior from  December 14 -16, 2011 in Siem Reap province. The participants of training are a Governors and Council of District and Krong at sub-national level,  Civil Society Organizations and  come  from  8 provinces and cities namely Battambang,  Pursat, Kompong Thom, Banteay Meanchey, Oudor Meanchey, Preah Vihea, Pailin and Siem Reap rovince.
